Formatting Requirements
Prepare Your Manuscript
All manuscripts must follow the official ICEEMS 2027 template. Use its prescribed page layout, fonts, heading styles, citation format, and reference style consistently.
Organize Your Research Clearly
Title and Author Information
Provide a concise, informative title that reflects the research contribution. Enter complete author names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author contact details in the submission system. Follow the announced review policy when including author information in the manuscript.
Abstract
Summarize the research problem, objective, methods, principal findings, and conclusion. Define essential abbreviations and follow the abstract length specified in the official template.
Keywords
Select specific keywords that describe the research topic, principal methods, materials, or application domain.
Introduction and Related Research
Explain the research context, relevant literature, unresolved problem, and study objectives. Clearly identify the contribution and its relevance to environmental engineering or material sciences.
Materials and Methodology
Describe the materials, datasets, experimental procedures, models, or analytical methods in sufficient detail for reproducibility. State important assumptions, operating conditions, evaluation criteria, and applicable ethical approvals.
Results and Discussion
Present findings using clearly labelled figures and tables. Explain their significance, compare them with relevant research, and discuss uncertainty and limitations. Distinguish measured results from simulations, estimates, and proposed outcomes.
Conclusion
Summarize the findings supported by the study, explain their implications, and identify limitations and future research directions.
References and Declarations
Follow the official template’s reference style and ensure every citation matches a reference entry. Include applicable funding, competing-interest, data-availability, and ethical statements. Review papers may use an alternative structure suited to their review methodology.
Originality and Concurrent Submission
Submit original work that is not published or under consideration elsewhere. Disclose related manuscripts, preprints, and previous versions, explaining any overlap and the new contribution.
Review and Anonymization
Follow the review model announced for ICEEMS 2027. If anonymous review is required, remove identifying information from the review file and its metadata while retaining complete author details in the submission system.
Research Integrity
Report data, methods, and findings accurately. Fabricated results, falsified information, plagiarism, and inappropriate image manipulation are unacceptable. Similarity findings will be assessed in context, including the nature of any overlap and its attribution
Use of AI-Assisted Tools
Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, references, and integrity of their manuscripts. Disclose relevant use of AI-assisted tools in accordance with the applicable conference and publisher policies. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
Authorship and Permissions
All listed authors must approve the manuscript and its submission. Authors are responsible for securing necessary ethical approvals, permissions, and consent
Copyright and Publication
Accepted authors must complete the applicable publisher’s licence or copyright agreement. Proceedings arrangements and publication conditions will be communicated after confirmation.
